Identified - We are working to ensure all relevant IPs are properly updated. A permanent fix is scheduled to be applied by February 27, 2026.

Investigating - We have identified an issue causing intermittent connection failures between PX and Salesforce for some users.

Technical Detail:
Our team has found that a specific IP address used by PX is missing from some Salesforce IP allow lists. This discrepancy may result in failed syncs or authentication errors as Salesforce environment strictly enforces IP restrictions.

Monitoring - Salesforce has approved the managed package for Gainsight PX. Customers can now begin reconnecting to Salesforce. Additional guidance will be shared as needed.

Update - We continue to work closely with Salesforce to restore the PX-Salesforce integration. Currently, the application remains offline, and we do not recommend attempting to reconnect the integration at this time.

Update - The Salesforce and Gainsight incident remains ongoing. Rest assured our teams are working around the clock to resolve the issue and restore functionality as quickly and safely as possible.
In the meantime, we are preparing a workaround and steps to re-enable services.
