During peak hours, an analytics processing lag has occurred leading to impact ranging from minutes to an hour of data freshness in reporting.
This issue may have started on the 19th of April for some users.
Real-time in-app engagements: No impact.
Gainsight Application: The data presented on the current day might be delayed.
Status: Maintenance has been scheduled for this weekend to significantly increase capacity.
